Straight from the customer request list, the ability to schedule reminders is a time saving, productivity booster for everyone on the hiring team.

Write the reminder message, @mention someone else or keep it to yourself, and set the time. It’s particularly useful for sourcing when you’d like a reminder to follow up with a candidate you've put on hold or nudge someone to reach out to a candidate when they graduate.
