Job Fairs now available as Source type

Whether virtually or IRL, job fairs are a great way to meet candidates. This update allows you to categorize such sources as Job fairs when adding or editing a source.

This makes it easier to manage job fair sources and to compare the quantity and quality of candidates from job fairs to other source types, such as agencies and job boards.
