We’re thrilled to announce our new Position Activity feature, designed to enhance hiring collaboration by giving your team complete visibility into every change made to your positions. Now anyone involved in the process can see what changed, when, and by whom—all in one place.

  • Enhanced transparency: Keep track of updates to budget, requirements, and assignments to the team and external agencies with a detailed activity log.
  • Improved collaboration: Hold hiring managers and recruiters accountable for each update, ensuring everyone stays aligned on the latest requirements.
  • Simplified compliance: Automatically maintain a record of key changes, helping you stay audit-ready with structured historical data.

What you should know:

  • Available to teammates with Owner, Admin, or Recruiter roles—no extra setup required.
  • Changes made before January 29, 2025, aren’t captured in the log.

This feature is currently in a rollout and will be available to all plans.
