Archive Position Fields

We’re thrilled to announce our new Archive feature for Position Fields in Recruit. This enhancement is designed to help you keep your position description page clean and relevant—while still preserving vital historical data for reporting and analysis.

• Reduce clutter: Easily archive old or unused fields so they no longer appear on the position description page.
• Historical data retained: All archived values remain securely stored and accessible for reporting, ensuring you never lose important records.
• Easy reactivation: Need an archived field again? Simply restore it anytime.

The Archive Position Fields feature is available for all plans.
