We’ve just added two new reports to the Teammates page. You can generate the Teammates report which includes all company teammates and their roles. You can also generate the Company role changes report which logs all changes to roles over time and indicates who made them.

Both reports can be downloaded from the Teammates page (requires an Admin or Owner role) or included in your Programmatic Export.

Now you’re able to order the options in the dropdown menus on the position's Description tab. Before this update, options appeared in alphabetical order. Now, you can decide on the order in which you want to see the dropdown options.

To do this, edit the position field from the Position Fields page (requires an Admin or Owner role), then simply drag and drop the options into the order you prefer and click Save. This update applies to all Position categories except Location.

When you set an auto-template to send automatically with a delay, it sometimes falls on a weekend. A new company setting allows you to have such messages sent only on weekdays during working hours (9am to 5pm), based on the sender's timezone. Configure this setting on the Automation settings page (requires an Admin or Owner role).

This new product update will help you avoid source attribution mistakes and allow you to give credit to the right sources.

Now you can choose a source when changing a candidate's position, starting a new hiring process for a candidate and when making a hire. When making your selection you will see all of the candidate's submissions from the past year to help you ensure that you are making the right decision.

The visibility options for interview evaluations have been expanded to provide maximum transparency for hiring teams. Now, the Owner or Admin can designate that teammates with the Interviewer role can always see evaluations by others, regardless of whether they have completed their interview. This new option is added to the existing options for Interviewers to only see their own evaluation or only see evaluations submitted by others after completing their own interview.

Adding a position is now faster and more accurate with these improvements:

• If you need to duplicate an existing position, you can use the search bar to find it with ease and see information about the position location, department, and when you last worked on the position.
• You can now choose the opening reason for your position’s first opening, be it a new hire, a replacement hire, or a temporary replacement, right from the Add position screen. This will ensure that your data is accurate for reports.

A new permission setting in Comeet now allows the Owner to define whether teammates with the Interviewer role can see evaluations by others. There is an option to select whether interviewers can only see their evaluation, or also evaluations submitted by other interviewers which they will see after completing their own interview.

If you don't currently use Comeet's Zoom integration, then we have a simple alternative for you. When scheduling interviews, select Use custom link under Link to meeting. Then paste in your meeting URL. The link will be included in invites to candidates and interviewers.

You can now include instructions to candidates in the invitation to the interview. Your instructions can be defined for each interview step in the position workflow. It allows you to tell candidates what to expect at the interview and how to prepare for it. To enable this option, add the "Instructions to candidates" to your "Interview scheduled" templates for phone, video and in-person interviews.
