Candidate tags are useful for classifying candidates, making it easy to retrieve them from your Comeet DB at a later time. With this update, tags are now shared across the candidate's hiring processes. This means that edits made to the candidate's tags in one position are also reflected in the candidate's processes for other positions.

A new permission setting gives hiring managers and other position roles better insights into candidates past assessments. When a teammate is granted this permission they can see the candidate's past activity and evaluation in other positions even if the teammate doesn't have access to those positions (excluding discreet positions).

Owners in Comeet can edit this permission setting on the Permissions page.

It's now easier to find the candidates you're looking for using Comeet's search. Previously, when searching for a candidate, the search results included all the candidate's current and past hiring processes. With this new release:

• All candidate's current and past processes are listed under one entry.
• The entry indicates if there are past processes that ended.
• In quick search (in the top bar), all current processes are displayed so you can open the one you're interested in.
