A new permissions setting makes it even easier to source candidates from your existing database. You can now allow recruiters to find candidates who are no longer under consideration – with status of rejected or withdrawn – and change their position across the company as needed. Set this permission in your Permissions settings (requires the Owner role).

Automatically update employees on their referrals

A formal employee referral program is an easy and proven way to increase the volume of quality candidates. If you’re using Comeet’s Employee Referral Program, you’ve undoubtedly had employees ask you how their referrals are doing. You’ll therefore love the time saved from employee referral status updates.

This new feature will automatically update employees weekly about the status of their referrals, encouraging—and reminding them—to share and refer more of their friends:

  • Owners and Admins can enable notifications in Referral program settings
  • Candidates are only shown as rejected after notification
  • Updates include recently open positions and referral bonuses
  • Employees can unsubscribe by clicking a link at bottom of update

There's no longer any need to look for your next upcoming interview within Comeet — it will show immediately.

Now in Comeet, when users log in to the system and their next interview is within the next 24 hours, the-to-be-interviewed candidate card is shown.

  1. Management \ Current Status – Your high-level view at the current hiring status across the company, highlighting where you should focus your attention.
  2. Management \ Hires – Your quarterly report for the company’s leadership, ready to present the hires made in the last quarter with all the details that matter.
  3. Recruiter Performance (ultimate report) – Hold your recruiters accountable with this report, track their successes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Productivity (ultimate report) – Understand how much work is going into making hires and learn where productivity needs to be improved (this report replaces the former “Productivity” and “Performance” reports).

Password protect your video meetings

With the world working remotely, secure video interviewing is more important than ever. Now, all Zoom meetings through Comeet are password protected for your security. This will prevent cases of un-invited zoom users guessing meeting numbers and getting into your meetings unexpectedly.

There's no action required. Moving forward, invitations for both candidates and interviewers will now include the information for the meeting id and the password.

We've made several changes to our existing reports, here's what you need to know:

  • Position KPIs and Activity: Breakdown of activity by position, how many steps were completed and how many candidates are pending at each step.
  • Workflow Activity: Insight into how candidates reached each step and what the outcome was.
  • Past candidates funnel: Analyze the percentage of candidates that proceed through the hiring process by step.

We've also added these new reports:

  • Insights Reports: A series of our Core reports that include a recruiting dashboard and additional reports for hires, sources, and rejected/withdrawn candidates.
  • Position Report (Coming soon!): A new report for all users which can be accessed from the position page. The goal of this report is to improve collaboration and increase productivity. It will allow you to keep your finger on the pulse of your positions as it includes a review of new candidates and sources, completed steps and teammate activity and KPIs like applications per hire.
